Grief & Loss

A framed quote on a table reads, 'It's ok to not be ok. You don't have to go through this alone,' with a small heart at the top. The table also has a lit candle, a potted plant, a tissue box, and two stones engraved with 'Remembering' and 'Love.' In the background, two people sit on a couch, one with hands covering her face.

Grief is a natural and deeply personal response to loss. It doesn’t follow a straight line; some days may feel manageable, while others can feel overwhelming. Whatever you are experiencing, there is no single “right” way to grieve.

Compassionate counselling can provide a safe and supportive space to process your loss, express difficult emotions and make sense of your experience. Grief can follow the death of someone close, relationship breakdown, loss of employment, changes in health, or other significant life transitions. Counselling can help you navigate these changes, develop ways to cope and gradually find a path forward while honouring what has been lost.
