Neurodivergence & Neurodivergent Support

Neurodivergence Support provides practical and strengths-based support, undergirded by an understanding about people who experience the world, process information, communicate, or respond to their environment differently. The focus is on developing a better understanding of the differences and finding practical strategies and tools that work with the individual’s unique way of thinking and experiencing the world.

Neurodivergence Support can also be valuable for parents, caregivers and family members who want to better understand and support a neurodivergent child, teenager or adult.

Support may include exploring practical ways to improve communication, establish routines, manage transitions and changes, reduce conflict, understand sensory needs, organise daily activities and create a more supportive home, school or work environment. The focus is on practical tools that can be incorporated into everyday life.

The goal is not to change who you are, but to journey with you to understand what works for you and develop practical ways to navigate everyday life with greater confidence and independence.

Please note that: Neurodivergence Support is not a diagnostic service. We do not diagnose neurodivergence or provide formal neurodivergent assessments. Where appropriate, we can recommend seeking assessment or specialist support from an appropriately qualified professional.
